  • I have not received my Order Confirmation or Unlock Code?
  • We send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your payment method as soon as your order is placed. This email will include your Order Number and PayPal transaction ID.

    If you have not received this confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing your order please check your email spam or junk mail folder. Some more aggressive spam filters will filter out our emails and we have no control over this. If the confirmation email is not in the spam or junk folders it may have been deleted by the spam filter. In these instances please email us and make sure to include your name and IMEI number in the body of the email so we can locate your order.

  • My order is still pending, what shall I do?
  • We do our very best to deliver the unlock code within the estimated time (24-72 hours), over 95% of our unlock codes are sent within 24 hours. Due to the nature of our business there can occasionally be delays that are beyond our control, if we exceed our estimated time please bear with us. If you have not received your unlock code after 72 hours please email us and make sure to include your name and IMEI number in the body of the email so we can locate your order.

  • What shall I do if my Unlock Code doesnt work?
  • The unlock codes that we supply are sourced via Samsung’s database using the IMEI number you provided in your unlock order. This way we can be sure of the authenticity and accuracy of the codes we provide.

    We are on hand to help if you are having any problems unlocking your phone but please check these common issues first;

    You will need a working SIM card from a Network other than the one you are locked to in order to unlock the phone. For example if you are locked to Vodafone use an O2 , Orange, T-Mobile, etc. SIM for the unlock.

    Old SIM cards that haven’t be used recently can be deregistered by the Network provider. Ensure you have a working SIM, borrow one if you are unsure, you’ll only need if for the the unlock process.

    Ensure the SIM is correctly seated in the phone before powering it on.

    When you power on the phone you will be prompted for an unlock code. If not your phone may be already unlocked, check if you can make a call.

    The phone must be able to get a signal and register on the Network for the unlock process to work. If you have no signal move to an area where you can get one.

    If you receive a ‘not registered on network’ message, your SIM card may be invalid or not live, the phone may be barred or blacklisted or you are in poor signal area. You can check if the phone is barred/blacklisted by requesting a report from www.checkmend.com

    Unlock unsuccessful message. Along with the NCK code we include an unfreeze or MCK code. Power on the phone and when requested for the unlock code input the eight digit Unfreeze or MCK code. The phone will then tell you that unlock was unsuccessful. Now immediately put in the eight digit NCK code again.

  • What is an IMEI number and where can I find it?

  • My order is still pending, what shall I do?
  • An IMEI is a unique serial number which is assigned to every mobile device ever manufactured.

    We need the IMEI of your handset to unlock it.

    To retrieve your IMEI, simply type *#06# into the keypad of your handset.

    Your IMEI should appear on the display.

  • How will I receive my unlock code?
  • You code will be sent to the email address you give us with your order.

  • How do I enter my unlock code?
  • Don’t worry, we will include full entry instructions with your code which will be tailor made for your handset.
